We offer a flat shipping fee for standard shipping within NZ
Delivery Policy
Products are dispatched the following day after purchase (if ordered by 5pm) and shipped using standard delivery via a courier service. Friday and weekend orders will be dispatched the following Monday.
From dispatch, delivery usually takes 2- 5 business days, depending on location.
Rural delivery 1-2 days extra.
Although we’d love to guarantee a delivery date, we rely on our awesome courier supplier to get our boxes delivered around NZ in a speedy fashion.
WHERE WE DELIVERY TO
We currently deliver to New Zealand residential and business addresses only (no PO Box addresses). We do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses which have been supplied, or non-delivery due to addresses without safe access.
Return & Refund Policy
DAMAGES
If your parcel arrives damaged this must be reported within 24h. All original packaging must also be kept. This is just so we can make a claim on your behalf with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund if the claim is successful.

NON DELIVERY
All non-delivery’s must be reported within 10 days of dispatch. This is just so we can make a claim on your behalf with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund if the claim is successful.
CHANGE OF MIND
Please choose carefully as we do not refund if you change your mind.
